A company survey conducted by Henry in the first half of 2011 shows however, that only a tight one-third of the more than 4,000 companies surveyed candidate management software in use. Generally, still significant growth potential exists in the HR market. Many companies have not exhausted by far still the modern HR solutions especially in the areas of personnel controlling, personnel scheduling or personnel development for example through E-learning. HR solutions in the enterprise and in the trade are the strongest. In the services sector and smaller firms, however, still significant potential for integrated HR systems lies dormant. The market has recognized this, so that more and more providers address their products to smaller companies and Single-user solutions offer. Outsourcing, SaS and ASP HR professionals strongly spread: just the increasing range of on-demand models such as software as a service (SaS) or application service providing (ASP) allows small and medium-sized enterprises to employ professional HR solutions. Though almost all manufacturers offer their products still in the classic Variant of in-house, but two-thirds of surveyed HR SaS systems are available already (ASP 80%).
