Saw this on the NYT site. Interesting and frightening at the same time for those of us who got into the housing market in the early part of this century.
Just remember folks, all data can be arranged to prove any point of view. Discounting the value of new housing starts significantly alters the outcome of this chart. But it is still interesting to see...
